Michigan Steelhead and Chinook Salmon Fishing!

All gear (rods, reels, spawn, crankbaits) is provided and trips will last as long as the fishing is productive.
Hot beverages (coffee, tea, spiced cider) and bottled water are also provided with your trip and I carry a heater in the boat should conditions require a "warm up."
What you need to bring is:
Suitable clothing (warm clothes and raingear)
Waders (if needed)
Camera
Valid Michigan All Species fishing license
Snacks or packed lunch
Catch and release fishing is an encouraged angling practice that I support, but at the same time, Michigan’s DNR sustains our wonderful fisheries to provide a harvest as well. Fish cleaning and packaging is provided for a $10 fee and you’ll need to bring a cooler along if you want to take home some of your catch for a tasty meal or two.
SPECIAL TWO PERSON RATE:
If you book a two person trip with me and the second person is a child under the age of 16 OR your wife, fiancé, or girlfriend, then the special rate for that trip will be $280.

Reservations must be made in advance and all open dates are first come, first serve. A non-refundable deposit of $80 must be paid at time of reservation. Remaining balance is due at the conclusion of your trip.
*Deposit can be paid by check, money order or PayPal.
If a trip is postponed due to foul weather, trip will be rescheduled or deposit will be refunded.
Peak Times:
River Chinook Salmon—Late August through October, 15th
Michigan Steelhead—Mid October through May 15th.
Catfish & Skamania Steelhead--Mid May, June, July
Big Manistee River Chinook Salmon trips begin at 4:30am rain or shine and we’ll be out on the water for a minimum of 8 hours—sometimes longer if the fishing is hot. Due to the increased amount of boat traffic on weekends, trips during week days (Mon. – Thurs.) are encouraged!
Michigan Steelhead trips begin at 7:00am earlier in the season and 8:00am as we get into winter.
